Chest Rub

Ingredients
6 drops of peppermint
6 drops of eucalyptus
2 drops of rosemary
2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons of shea butter

Instructions
Boil 1/4 pot water in a double boiler 
Pour shea and coconut oil to the double boiler and stir for a few minutes
Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool until flashpoint
Add oils to the melted mixture and let it cool
Transfer it a container and it’s ready for use
 

Bath Salts with Essential Oils

Epsom salts and essential oil in your bath will help in decongesting your airways when you inhale the steam.

Ingredients
9 drops of eucalyptus
9 drops of cardamom
5 drops of peppermint
5 drops of tea tree oil
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup of Epsom salts
1/4 cup of baking soda

Instructions
Mix Epsom salts and baking soda together in a bowl
Mix coconut oil and essential oils in a separate bowl
Add half the oils to the salts and baking soda and mix 
Pour the remaining oils into your salts and baking soda mixture
Store the contents in a container and close it ready for your next bath.
